Today on Binge Kill Chill (BKC), TC and Swaggy-D review Waco on Netflix and give rapid-fire verdicts on four other shows that should (and shouldn’t) be on your watchlists.

Waco (Netflix): TC calls this show a must-watch, giving it the Binge rating. He even says on the show that he can understand why people followed David Koresh…

Wow.

What you need to know about Waco on Netflix:

  • In the spring of 1993, the FBI and ATF sieged the Branch Davidian compound near Waco, Texas. The events of the siege are disputed by various sources but a fire at the compound resulted in 76 deaths. Including 25 children, two pregnant women, and David Koresh.
  • Waco is a miniseries, made in 2018, and contains six episodes, of roughly 47 minutes each.
  • It stars Taylor Kitsch (John Carter), Michael Shannon (The Iceman), and Andrea Riseborough (Oblivion).
  • On IMDB the miniseries has a rating of 7.9.
  • On Rotten Tomatoes, critics rated it at 70-percent. Audiences rated it at 74-percent.

Rapid-Fire Verdicts

Hollywood (Netflix): TC’s in-law’s give their verdict on Ryan Murphy’s (American Horror Story) latest show.

Neither TC or Swaggy-D wanted to touch Hollywood after checking the trailer out earlier this month. So it was left to the in-laws to brave it out. They did, and they slammed it with the BKC Kill rating.

Brassic Season 2 (Now TV): Swaggy-D picks out one of the latest Sky TV (UK) originals. Available in the U.S. via VPN and other nefarious methods.

The Senior Analyst on SNIPdaily gives it a big fat Binge-rating. Then again, he gave the Star Wars prequels (in 4k) a binge too recently, so his radar might be wonky.

Rust Valley Restorers Season 2 (Netflix): Swaggy-D is a big fan of restoration and building shows. He gave Season 1 a Chill rating previously.

Season 2 wasn’t so lucky. Without remorse, he gives a show he previously enjoyed the Kill rating. Reasons given include, in 12 episodes, only one good car was built.

Into The Night (Netflix): This is an early verdict but Swaggy-D gives it a Binge rating after one episode.

However, like with The Outsider on HBO Max, an early Binge can quickly become a chill, or worse. Expect an update on the next show.
