Upload” Review

For those who don’t know what Upload is, it’s about a guy whose brain is uploaded to a digital afterlife, who then falls for a living person at the other end of a virtual reality customer service connection.

Swaggy-D, who watched all ten 30-minute episodes said there are a few likable characters, and it has a decent underlying story beneath the soppy love surface. However, he does admit that Apple TV Plus’s Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet is far funnier.

TC gives Upload the Kill rating. Swaggy-D gives it a Chill.

At the time of writing this article, Upload on Amazon Prime Video has a review rating of 92-percent from the audience on Rotten Tomatoes. Neither of the guys thinks it deserves that. Must be because it has a pretty boy lead.

TC Loves Waco

That’s right, TC has been digging on the 2018 Waco mini-series currently on Netflix. The series stars Michael Shannon, Taylor Kitsch, and Rory Culkin. Yes, the younger brother of that Home Alone kid.

We all know the story of Waco, but TC picks out the fact government agencies made it far worse than what it should have been as a highlight of the show.

TC gives the miniseries our coveted Binge rating.

Heated Over Tarantino

Finally on the show, TC and Swaggy-D go at it over Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Both guys are big fans of Tarantino, so why the argument?

Swaggy-D gives the movie a Kill rating and TC calls him insane.
