For those of us in the United States of America and Canada, the wait for Disney+ is in its final stage.

November 12th is the big day for Disney fans, and now some early reviews of Disney+ are beginning to trickle in.

From Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes (the first movie I’ll be watching) to Coco, the anticipation has reached a crescendo.

The early reviews of Disney+ are very positive. The service quietly launched in the Netherlands as a test on September 12th of this year. Check out the video of Father Roderick’s first impressions of Disney+.

The Verge also got a sneak peek at Disney+ and has called it “empty but elegant.”

“Simple” may be the best word to describe Disney+. Its interface divides content into rows that people can scroll through based on personalized recommendations, new releases, and curated selections. The top row of the app has a carousel with a few priority titles to scroll through, including new theatrical releases Disney wants to highlight.

The good news there is that we know Disney has more than enough content to fill up the Disney+ streaming service. Plus, the service has some amazingly interesting original programming launching including The Mandalorian, a space adventure set in the Star Wars world.
