Today on Binge Kill Chill, TC and Swaggy-D take a look at the revamped Pluto TV app.
Picking out classics including Pacific Heights, To Die For, and Friday The 13th as movies worth watching on Pluto TV this month.
The guys also explore the channels on Pluto TV, with Swaggy-D picking out TV Conspiracy and the Total Wipeout channel as two he and his daughter have been binging on lately.
Both TC and Swaggy-D give Pluto TV the binge-rating, saying it has something for everyone, no matter their niche.
Listen To The Show Now:
Way of the Gun Mistake
During the podcast, TC says that Pluto TV is showing Way of the Gun, and Swaggy-D makes a complete tool of himself, mixing it up with Way of the Samurai with Forest Whitaker.
After the show, Swaggy-D acknowledged his idiocy and promised to sit on the naughty step for a whole hour.
The Rest Of The Show
The guys then turned their attention to Quibi. The mobile-focused platform that launched in April with some interesting content, that ultimately felt shallow.
Quibi was in the headlines this week after co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg said the platform’s issues are because everyone is in lockdown and looking for content on their TV’s. TC agrees. Swaggy-D thinks otherwise.
Plus, TC flexes his David Mamet muscles and picks out Glengarry Glen Ross as his #1 Mamet movie.
For all that and much more, check out the podcast now.
