When Disney+ launches on November 12, many of its top movies and shows will not be immediately available to subscribers. One such title is Avengers: Infinity War. Marvel’s blockbuster will release on Disney+ June 25th, 2020.
Avengers: Infinity War released in theaters April 2018. Disney+ cannot stream until June 2020 because of exclusivity deals agreed with Netflix. So if you want to watch the movie now, it’s on Netflix and has been since December 2018.
If you don’t have Netflix you can watch the earlier Marvel back catalogue on Disney+ on November 12th or wait until December 6th to watch Thor: Ragnarok.
The ultimate superhero showdown…
Here’s the official synopsis from Google Play:
An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.
Google Play
The movie received an amazing 85 percent from critics on Rotten Tomatoes. And viewers gave it a higher mark — a whopping 91 percent!
If you haven’t watched it, the movie doesn’t disappoint. With high stakes, non-stop action and the greatest-ever superhero mash-up. Throw in a formidable villain in Josh Brolin’s Thanos, and you’ve got a great popcorn movie! If Thanos didn’t have psychopathic tendencies, he’d be the kind of guy you’d grab a beer with.
4K/HDR/Dolby Atmos
The Mouse House is bringing out all the bells, whistles and stunning visuals, which means all the latest Marvel movies will be presented on Disney+ in 4K, HDR, and Dolby Atmos.
You won’t have to pay extra for higher quality, either. The $6.99 monthly price tag of Disney+ will offer the best possible presentation of the film in terms of video and audio quality.
