Follow this method if you didn’t subscribe directly via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  1. Go to Netflix.com/CancelPlan
  2. Log in using your Netflix account details
  3. In the top-right menu, click “My Account”
  4. Select “Cancel Membership”
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Unsubscribing from Netflix via Google Play

Follow this method if you subscribed directly via your Android phone:

  1. On your Android device go to the Google Play Store
  2. Select the “Menu” button (three dots)
  3. Then select “Subscriptions” from the menu
  4. Select “Netflix”
  5. Then select “Cancel Subscription”
  6. Confirm your cancellation

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your phone
  2. Select your name at the top of the “Settings” screen
  3. Then select “Subscriptions”
  4. Select “Netflix”
  5. Then select “Cancel Subscription”
  6. Confirm your cancellation.
