Unsubscribe via a web browser

Follow this method if you didn’t subscribe directly via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  1. Go to DisneyPlus.com
  2. Log into your Disney+ account in the browser
  3. Select your “Profile” icon
  4. Then select “Account”
  5. Select “Billing”
  6. Then select “Cancel Subscription”
  7. Confirm your cancellation.

Unsubscribe via iPhone

If you subscribed via your iPhone device, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your phone
  2. Select your name at the top of the “Settings” screen
  3. Then select “Subscriptions”
  4. Select “Disney Plus”
  5. Then select “Cancel Subscription”
  6. Confirm your cancellation.

If you subscribed via your Android device, follow these instructions:

  1. On your Android device go to the Google Play Store
  2. Select the “Menu” button (three dots)
  3. Then select “Subscriptions” from the menu

  5. Then select “Cancel Subscription”
  6. Confirm your cancellation
