Follow this method if you subscribed to CBS All Access via a web browser:

  1. Using a web browser go to www.cbs.com/all-access/account/
  2. Log in using your CBS All Access account details
  3. On your account page select “Cancel Subscription”
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. Check for a confirmation email from CBS All Access.

Follow this method if you subscribed via an Apple mobile device:

  1. Open the “Settings” app
  2. Select your name from the top of the Settings app
